No phonecall verification,
no appointment
All patients requesting for an appointment will be screened via a phone call for signs or symptoms of respiratory illness, fever. cough, and shortness of breath. If the patient reports signs or symptoms of respiratory illness, the dental appointment will be rescheduled on a later date or until the patient has recovered from the respiratory infection.
The patient is also required to provide his/her health history and any travels locally and internationally.
If dental treatment can be delayed, the patients will be provided with the detailed home care instructions and any appropriate medicines.
No facemask,
no entry
To address asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic transmission, we will facilitate and implement source control.
All the dental healthcare personnel of the clinic, patients, and companions are required to wear face masks or cloth face coverings when entering the clinic or the dental procedure area, regardless of whether they have COVID-19 symptoms.
